New
Programs & Opportunities

| In an effort to minimize auto traffic and
keep our students safe at drop off and dismissal
we have started a carpool program. We are
up and running with great success! Students
are encouraged to walk or carpool to and from
school and receive a stamp on their Travelers
Ticket. Students who take the bus also collect
stamps.The first ticket filled is worth $1
with subsequent tickets worth fifty cents
when filled to be redeemed at the school store
or book fair later. We are also looking for
volunteers for 8:10am-8:40am, Mon-Fri to help
with the morning "stamping" because
with hundreds of enthusiastic students looking
for stamps, it is quite a challenge to get
everyone stamped and into class on time! Can't
do everyday.....no problem, can only do one
day a week...Great, can only do two days a
month...why not!? Contact Denise Cadigan to

the Veterans Memorial School PTO
Our PTO and School Council meet
monthly to discuss school improvement plans, budgetary
issues, fundraising, and enrichment activities
for our students. Meeting dates and their agendas
